Wholesale buyers don't check out like retail shoppers — they request a quote, negotiate a price, and pay on terms. B2B Quotes adds that whole flow to your Shopify store, without a separate B2B platform.
Buyers submit an RFQ straight from your storefront. You set per-unit pricing and send; the buyer accepts in their customer account, and the quote becomes a correctly-priced draft order — no re-keying, no pricing mistakes.

What it does
Request a quote from the storefront
A theme app block adds a request-a-quote form to your product pages. Every request lands in one dashboard, from new to converted.
Negotiate, then convert in one click
Set per-unit pricing on each line, add a note, and send. When the buyer accepts, one click creates a draft order carrying the negotiated prices.
Per-company credit and Net terms
Give each company a credit limit and Net-30 terms. The app blocks a conversion that would push exposure over the limit, tracks available credit per company, and records payments inline as invoices are paid.
Reorders and approvals
Buyers reorder from a CSV list in seconds, and approval workflows keep larger orders in check — all inside Shopify's native customer accounts.

Frequently asked questions
Do buyers need special accounts?
No — the buyer portal uses Shopify's native customer accounts (passwordless email-code login). Company buyers are recognized automatically, so quotes and credit attach to their company.
How is the negotiated price applied?
On conversion, each line carries a per-unit discount against the catalog price, so the draft order totals exactly quantity × your quoted price and the invoice shows the negotiated amount.
What happens when a company is over its credit limit?
Converting the quote is blocked with a clear message showing available credit. Raise the limit (or record a payment) and convert again — the charge posts to the company's ledger.
Does it replace Shopify's B2B features?
It layers on top of them. You keep native companies and customer accounts; B2B Quotes adds the RFQ flow, negotiated pricing, credit enforcement and the ledger.
